Small bottling machine Working Principle

  • Rinsing: Bottles are conveyed by the bottle air-conveyor system via a bottle star wheel to the three-in-one filling machine. The bottle rinsing machine’s turntable is equipped with bottle clamps; the clamps grip the bottle necks and flip them 180° along a guide rail, positioning the bottle necks downward. In a designated area of the bottle washer, nozzles spray bottle-washing disinfectant or water to rinse the inner walls of the bottles. After rinsing and draining, the bottles—still held by the bottle clamps—rotate another 180° along the guide rail, positioning the bottle openings upward.
  • Filling: The cleaned bottles are discharged from the bottle washer via the bottle star wheel and conveyed to the filling machine. Once inside the filling machine, the bottles are held in place by a neck support plate gripping the bottle mouth. The filling valve moves up and down via a valve lifting mechanism driven by a cam. Pressure filling is used. After the filling valve descends and makes contact with the bottle mouth, it opens to complete the filling process. Once filling is complete, the valve rises away from the bottle mouth, and the bottles pass through a neck-gripping transfer star wheel into the capping machine.
  • Capping: The anti-rotation blade on the capping machine grips the neck of the bottle, keeping it upright and preventing rotation. The capping head rotates both around its own axis and on the capping machine; driven by a cam, it performs the actions of picking up the cap, placing it on the bottle, screwing it on, and releasing the cap, thereby completing the entire capping process. Finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the output conveyor chain via the bottle discharge wheel and are then conveyed out of the three-in-one bottling machine.
