Working Principle carbonated soft drink filling machine

  • Bottle Conveyance: Empty bottles enter the filling machine via the conveyor system and are precisely positioned by the bottle feeder to ensure stable filling operations.
  • Bottle Rinsing (Optional): Depending on production requirements, empty bottles are rinsed with sterile water or clean air to remove impurities from the interior.
  • Pre-gas Injection: Carbon dioxide is injected into the bottles prior to filling to reduce the air content inside and minimize the beverage’s exposure to oxygen.
  • Isobaric Filling: The filling valve maintains the same pressure between the liquid reservoir and the bottle interior, allowing carbonated beverages to flow smoothly into the bottles and preventing foaming and carbon dioxide loss.
